Events

Our current events programme consists of visiting instructors, Peter Cook and Andrew Lovell, both BHSI’s, who compliment resident instructor Sophie Osborne.

This winter is our  intention to run a series of unaffiliated show jumping and dressage evenings as the new outdoor arena has been completed. We will probably do a weekend too. We will announce our programme here once it has been finalised. We welcome comments from the horsey community on what you would like to see going on here.

Sophie Osborne Lessons and Clinics

Sophie regularly teaches riders with their own horses either privately or as groups of 2-3 riders.

Sophie intends to put a series of 4-6 afternoon / evening training clinics, which will culminate in a fun competition between the client participants. Both a dressage and a show jumping series will be planned.

Peter Cook Dressage Clinic.

Peter Cook currently visits Cheston Farm every other Tuesday.

Andrew Lovell visits Cheston Farm monthly. Most clinics are on the weekend but we are looking to introduce some evening sessions soon. Book now to avoid disappointment.

REACT clinic

Eric Smiley Clinic

12th February - we are fortunate enough to have Irish International and Olympic rider, Eric Smiley FBHS, coming to see us for a day.
