Facilities

The redevelopment of the facilities at Cheston Farm has seen work completed on the huge competition level  50 by 30 metre indoor arena, the new facility boasts a new roof and a “Martin Collins” surface.

 We have also constructed a new outdoor arena, adjacent to the indoor. This gives us an extra schooling area for liveries, a second teaching area for the riding school and a warm up area for our competitions and events.

 To add to the facilities we have installed a “Monarch” horse walker allowing an additional exercise option for livery and riding school horses.

 We now have securely fenced productive pasture offering overnight turn out in the summer and day time turn out in the winter.

In the not too distant future work will commence on the demolition of the current old cafe, replacing this with a new contemporary yet practical clubhouse facility complete with changing rooms, lecture/viewing area and outdoor decking area.

A cross country schooling area is a longer term plan and ultimately, a fun X-C course may be built around our 35 acre site. The old outdoor arena will continue to serve as an overflow car park.
