Since 2007, the redevelopment of the facilities at Cheston Farm has been extensive. Work has been completed on the cafe clubhouse besides our huge 50 by 30 metre indoor arena, we have a 20 x 40 floodlit outdoor arena adjacent to the indoor and a 62 x 22 metre outdoor arena. This gives us an extra capacity for arena hire, schooling area for liveries, an additional teaching area for the riding school and a warm up area for our competitions and events.

Recent Developments
After all the work on stables and arenas. in 2012, we saw completed our major house renovation. After 14 months in a caravan, Andrew and Sophie are at last in a modernised, clean and warm home which hosts guests for riding holidays.
In late 2016 came completion of the super clubhouse/cafe facility complete with a retail area for essential equestrian purchases, a warm viewing and seating area overlooking the indoor arena and outdoor decking area overlooking the outdoor arena. We have a large TV and wifi so parents can enjoy a snack and non-horse entertainment.
A cross country schooling area is a longer term plan and ultimately, a fun X-C course may be built around our 45 acre site. We always have plans for the Centre!

Arena Hire
50m by 30m Indoor Arena
The indoor arena has a silica sand and Martin Collins fibre additive and is available to hire to local riders and clubs around the riding school hours.
40m by 20m Outdoor Arena
The 20×40 outdoor arena is surfaced with sand and rubber or the 22×62 outdoor is also available to hire by clubs around the riding school hours.
Arena Bookings
Bookings for any of our three arenas are welcomed to fit around our normal riding school hours. We have a flood lit car park adjacent to the indoor arena. We do a special rate for our local riders and a non-exclusive rate if you are happy to share. Please contact us for more information.
